If in UK I would be talking to my local Trading Standards Officer because my understanding is that ON1 may be in breach of contract by unilaterally denying me access to what I fully paid for and in view of the fact that I have repeatedly said I did not want a refund. I have posted several times during the last 2 years about my disappointment at the delivered ON1 20 RAW software - it still in my opinion falls well short of what the marketing promised and it is usually released significantly later than promised. Today as at 19 Feb no reply whatsoever from ON1. I emailed ON1 saying that the ban and exclusion seemed very unfair and unreasonable and that in censoring free speech it went absolutely contrary to an ON1 statement from N Keudal in 2017 that they did not want to limit comment on the forums. Very quickly I received an email from N Keudell suspending my PlusPro Forum access and minutes later another from ON1 refunding my subscription and thereby banning me from even viewing any of the PlusOne Forums and from membership freebies that were part of my special offer - I did not ask for a refund quite the reverse. I also pointed out that the new beta still does not deal with de-ghosting HDR bracket sets on my high spec i7-7700K 32GB GTX1070 8GB graphics card Win 10 PC desktop. I criticised their poor quality control and apparent inability to learn from previous mistakes. Last week on 15 Feb I commented with factual irony and sarcasm that once again ON1 released a beta version for PlusPro members with a link that did not work - they have done that several times in the last 18 months. Then I did take up a Jan 2018 special offer similar to my first one for $49.99 for a year of PlusPro.

I did not re-new a PlusPro membership for $149.99 in Dec 2017 because that seemed poor value for my needs and 2017 benefit from the ON1 material. I did not use any of the coaching and 'comment on my photo' type options. I found some of the videos excellent, some mediocre and some poor - par for the course I guess.
